Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with prospective B2B clients in German-speaking markets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
* Effectively present and tailor our products and services to meet client requirements.
* Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and market strategies.
* Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
* Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Requirements
* Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is beneficial.
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within an international context.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is preferred.
