Bachelor Thesis in Design and Implementation of a Data Acquisition System for Performance Testing of External Gear Pumps
Aufgaben:
During your thesis you will define test requirements for gear pumps (e.g. what parameters to measure). You will select appropriate sensors and data interfaces. Furthermore, you will develop or program a DAQ system using LabVIEW / NI. Validating the system with test runs to ensure accurate and reliable data capture also falls within your area of responsibility. Finally, you will document results and provide analysis, possibly identifying ways to optimize testing or product performance.
Qualifikationen:
Education: Bachelor studies in a technical or scientific field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable) Experience and Knowledge: basic understanding of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, and mechanical design principles; familiarity with CAD software (e.g. CREO, AutoCAD) and simulation tools is a plus Personality and Working Practice: you excel at analyzing complex data with attention to detail, working in a structured way independently or collaboratively, and maintaining a proactive attitude contributing own ideas Languages: fluent in English, basic in German
