As a Senior Manager Tax Operations, you will be a key member of our Accounting department, leading the Tax and HR Accounting Operations sub-team. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focusing on indirect tax compliance, process optimization, and team leadership.
Maintain compliance with indirect taxes, including monitoring and control activities on transactions and master data
Initiate and drive process optimization initiatives related to taxes, including automation projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders
Support the Director of Tax in maintaining effective relationships with external advisors
Lead a team of approximately three colleagues, providing guidance and support
Process and integrate payroll administration output into the financial accounting system and ensure accuracy in payroll-related financial accounts

Hybrid work model: we practice a model of 60% of work onsite, in the office and 40% of working time being flexible for you to chose if you wish to work from home office or prefer to come onsite.
International tax experience, with a focus on indirect tax compliance; Proficiency in English, with a combination of Dutch or German being a must
Excellent organizational and planning skills, including task prioritization and effective time management
