Location : Cologne, Germany

Work Hours : 15-20 hours per week, 3-5 days per week

About the Role

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks with financial transactions
• Process Vendor Bills internally for approval and record in the accounting systems (Everest/Ramp)
• Process and file Vendor Bills for manual payments in support of the Finance team
• Verify, enter, and monitor various Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills
• Communicate with internal and external vendors/contractors
• Prepare and file financial documents (i.e., reconciliation, closing  Journal, etc.)
• Assist with tax declaration and audits 
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Your Skills & Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting and audit
• Advanced knowledge and experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in Everest or other ERP systems (not required)
• Experience in consolidating data from various entities
• College-level education in accounting or economics is a plus
• Specialized in International accounting or taxation is a plus
• Fluent verbal and written communication in German and English
