We're seeking a proactive and organized Scrum Master to guide our team in delivering high-quality results through agile methodologies.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
* Manage work in progress backlog and capacity within the Team; keep track and communicate progress; work actively to remove obstacles and waste
* Ensure the Flow of cross-functional Team deliveries and milestones according to OnePDP; ensure agreed roadmap in an iterative way with continuous integration and short feedback loops
* Provide input for Legal Entity Management on treatment of HR-related topics
ACCOUNTABILTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for initiating activities to handle risks regarding capacity within the Team
* Lead and coach the Team in continuous improvement based on the TRATON thinking model and lean-agile principles & methods
* Provide input for Legal Entity Management to steer work behavior and design of the workplace
PURPOSE / TOPIC OF INTERACTION
* Coordinate execution of backlogs and Ways of Working (WoW) topics, also outside VCT and VCF
* Facilitate Team events and other rituals to ensure adequate information for the Flow and cross functional stakeholders (incl. Line Management) to be able to give feedback to the Team
* Enable communication between Line/Flow Management; communicate/collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs)/Solution Train Engineers (STEs) on backlog / capacity topics
WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
* A Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, Master degree is plus
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within engineering or hardware development teams and a good understanding of product development processes
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
* A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement
* Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus
