* Sicherstellung des Betriebs einer effizienten und hochwertigen IT-Infrastruktur sowie zentraler Services im 24x7 Betrieb
* Führung eines ca. 7-köpfigen Teams zur fachlichen und methodischen Weiterentwicklung, einschließlich der Übernahme disziplinarischer Verantwortung
* Mitgestaltung der laufenden Transformation zu einer agilen DevOps Struktur
* Verantwortung für das Monitoring und Reporting
* Initiierung und übergeordnete Koordination von IT-Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
* Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Standards und Kontrollen der IT- und Datensicherheit

Das bringen Sie mit
* abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften mit einem IT-Schwerpunkt
* mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Halbleiterindustrie und (erste) Erfahrungen in der Personalführung
* sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT Infrastruktur, Linux, Windows, Netzwerk, Cyber-Security, (Git)DevOps Methodiken und Werkzeuge, Container sowie Cloud Services, v.a. M365
* sehr ausgeprägte strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
* gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Deutschen und Englischen
* fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Fertigungsprozesse, Kundeninteraktion sowie im Geschäftsprozess- und Technologiemanagement

* Managing a team of ca. 7 IT professionals including disciplinary and technical leadership as well as technical and methodical development

* Contributing to the ongoing transformation to an agile DevOps structure

Your profile:
* As a successful candidate, you have a university degree in computer sciences or engineering with an IT focus
* You possess at least five years of professional experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, as well as initial personnel management experience
* You have a wide knowledge of IT infrastructure, Linux, Windows, network, cyber-security, (Git)DevOps methods and tools and M365 services
* You possess a very structured working style and strong project management skills
* You demonstrate good communication skills both in German and English
