The Data Strategy & Digital Transformation team at DHL drives a broad roadmap of programs and projects, creating business value by connecting strategy, digital business processes, systems, and data as a whole. Our focus spans operations and cross-functional Opportunity-to-Delivery (O2D) related scopes.
As a Senior Process Manager, you will lead functional design projects and drive end-to-end functional design definition and endorsement in highly complex global and cross-functional/cross-regional setups. You will play a key role in planning, designing, and implementing innovative processes that optimize user experience and translate them into actionable artifacts for implementation. Your ability to connect the dots between business purpose, process, system, and data will be crucial to your success.

Your key accountabilities include:
* Lead functional design projects and drive end-to-end functional design definition in a highly complex global and cross-functional setup.
* Plan and manage design projects/workstreams, including approach, timeline, governance, scope, and stakeholder alignment.
* Assess and document business needs, as-is processes, tool and data landscape, and existing pain points/issues/gaps.
* Conceptualize and design to-be processes with ready-to-implement tool requirements (e.g., user interface mock-ups, relevant data point and flow definition, user access concept).
* Drive solution assessments and implementations, ensuring that functional requirements are clearly defined.
* Provide expertise, advice, and coaching on business process design, driving the resolution of complex issues.
* Promote industry best practices for digital business process management.
* Stay up-to-date on the evolution of digital platforms within DHL Group and relevant best practices in digital business architectures.
* Plan, prepare, manage, and conduct User Acceptance Testing, and deliver user training.
* Manage change and stakeholder engagement at all relevant expert and management levels.
* Build, align, and deliver process/product enhancement pipelines based on prioritized requirements.
* Utilize and support the enhancement of best practices in process design and business requirements management.
* Act as a functional lead for workstreams/design projects with senior stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional alignments on processes, designs, and implementation.
* Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across DHL.
* Lead negotiations when necessary.
* Cooperate with and coordinate third parties, such as external service providers.

* Extensive experience in process management, consulting, data management, and product management.
* Proven track record in driving strategically relevant directions and managing projects to deliver on quality, time, and budget.
* Strong ability to understand business needs, document as-is processes, and design to-be processes with ready-to-implement tool requirements.
* Exceptional skills in conceptualizing innovative processes to optimize user experience and translating them into actionable implementation artifacts.
* Effective at engaging stakeholders and building momentum across diverse teams.
* Proficient in facilitating change and coordinating contributors across functions and regions.
