We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention. This role requires a balance of interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver value at every stage of the client journey. About the role As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients— delivering a boutique, private banking-level experience across the full lifecycle of engagement. You’ll combine crypto domain expertise, fluency in German & English, and deep client empathy to proactively support onboarding, portfolio growth, product adoption, and strategic engagement. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships based on trust, discretion, and insight—ensuring that each client receives tailored, proactive support as their needs evolve. This role is ideal for relationship professionals who enjoy working with sophisticated clients in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients and provide personalized service throughout their journey, to drive long-term retention. Offer support and education across digital asset investments and platform use. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless experience. Track client satisfaction, identify needs, and suggest platform improvements. Maintain client records and engagement history in CRM tools. Your knowledge areas and experience: 3-5 years in customer success, relationship management, or financial services. Fluent in German and English (spoken & written); other European languages a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Experience working in fintech, wealthtech, or digital asset environments preferred.
