Your Tasks
As Head of Supply, you will lead a key sector of CTDI’s business which consists of buying, refurbishing and reselling communications equipment.
This role focuses on the strategic sourcing of electronic assets, global trading, pricing, remarketing, reuse and recycling business models across international markets.
You will own the commercial and operational performance of this business, ensuring a continuous, high-quality inflow of devices and infrastructure assets and maximizing their value throughout the entire lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Full strategic and operational management of CTDI Europe's global supply and sourcing activities for telecommunications infrastructure, CPE (set-top boxes, modems, routers), IP network technology and storage
2. Ownership of the inbound asset streams, including sourcing strategies, supplier development and long-term relationships
3. Disciplinary and functional leadership of the European Supply team
4. P&L responsibility for the business unit, including budget planning, forecasting and financial performance monitoring
5. Continuous development of sourcing, trading, remarketing and recycling processes, aligned with market dynamics, customer requirements and circular economy principles
6. Close coordination with international subsidiaries and internal interfaces to develop scalable, efficient operating models and unlock new business opportunities
7. Support and validation of pricing models, business cases and commercial calculations for international remarketing, reuse and recycling initiatives
8. Active role in business development, identifying new sourcing channels, markets and circular economy opportunities
This role is reporting into the CEO.
Your Qualifications
9. 8+ years of leadership experience in Sales management
10. Strong understanding of device lifecycle, pricing and market dynamics in recommerce
11. Proven success of developing sourcing strategies and managing international suppliers and partners effectively
12. Commercial, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
13. Proven ability to drive business development and manage stakeholder relationships
14. Excellent analytical and financial skills
15. Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
