You have completed an IT apprenticeship or have equivalent experience as a system administrator, ideally with a focus on IT security You have hands-on experience with MDM systems, including security policies, application control, and conditional access You possess a strong understanding of securing Windows environments and cloud security, such as Conditional Access, DLP, Sentinel, and STIGs Nice to have: you have exposure to SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM, or frameworks like ISO 27001 or BSI Grundschutz You are customer-focused, patient, and committed to a security-first mindset You are hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven in your daily work and fluent in English (C1)
