To strengthen our internal teams, we are currently looking for a:
Service Desk Engineer
To join our team to support our internal and external users. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, assisting users, and maintaining a smooth working environment for our teams. You will report to the Service Desk Team Leader.
What will you do?
1. Manage all incoming calls and Tickets to the Service Desk support function;
2. Categorize, prioritize, process Tickets and coordinating with 2nd and 3rd level support;
3. Install/Move/Add/Change IT devices for the end-users (laptops, printers, mobile, videoconference);
4. Advise users on the use of internal tools and software;
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes;
6. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures;
7. Participate in IT related projects;
* Strictly follow all ITSM and security policies.
This offer is for you if:
8. You have a technical degree in IT;
9. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
10. You have good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS), network environments and device management platform (Intune);
11. You are familiar with IT hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals, etc) and IMAC operations;
12. Skills in Identity Management (Active Directory, Entra ID) and the Microsoft 365 suite; Microsoft certification is an asset.
13. Experience with ticket management and support tools;
14. Familiar with ITIL framework, ITIL certification is an advantage;
15. Strong communication skills and customer service oriented.
16. Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player;
* You are fluent in French and English.
