As our HR Operations Manager DACH, you’ll be the regional go-to for all things HR—strategic, operational, and everything in between. Your mission includes: HR Business Partnering Collaborate with regional leaders to align people strategy with business goals. Guide workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Support performance management and employee development. Foster a strong company culture and employee engagement. Advise employees on career growth and mobility. HR Operations Lead HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, contracts, and data accuracy. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Coordinate payroll and benefits with Finance and vendors. Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience. Deliver HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making. Talent Acquisition & Development Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent. Boost employer branding and candidate experience. Support hiring for key roles and implement learning programs. Coach managers on leadership and HR best practices. Your profile You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for people. Here’s what makes you a great fit: 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and operations. Strong grasp of DACH labor laws and employment practices. Proven ability to manage stakeholders across countries or business units. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
