Are you an experienced recruiter with a background in staffing or international recruitment? Do you speak fluent German and enjoy working independently? We’re looking for a motivated freelance recruiter to join our team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.
About the Role
As a Freelance International Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our recruitment projects for various international clients. This role is 100% remote and commission-based – ideal for someone who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives by helping them take the leap to work abroad.
Responsibilities
* Source and headhunt German-speaking candidates for job opportunities abroad
* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles
* Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process
* Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles
* Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles
* Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a staffing agency or international recruitment setting
* Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
* Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (especially via LinkedIn and social media)
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your time effectively without supervision
* A genuine interest in helping people work abroad
