We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Sales Contract Management Support" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
1. Digital and paper-based archiving of all delivery files and other contractual documents
2. Dispatch of delivery documents to various internal functions (Sales and Finance) and external parties (Airline Customers)
3. Creation, update and dispatch of notifications for courier services
4. Creation and dispatch of notices of delivery including managing and arranging notary appointments & preparing the necessary documents
Your profile:
5. Completed vocational training as an office communications clerk with many years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
6. More than two years of professional experience in the field of secretarial/ assistant
7. Experience in a secretarial and administrative area is required
8. Knowledge of Google Workspace
9. Fluent in English
10. German is an advantage
11. Flexible working hours required: twice a week until 8 p.m.
