🌍 About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success.
You will work closely with Sales teams, customers, and partners to design solutions, demonstrate the Pimcore platform, and ensure long-term customer success.
Tasks
🚀 Your Mission
As a Technical Consultant – Sales & Client Success, you will:
* Support Sales teams in complex enterprise deals with deep technical expertise
* Act as a subject matter expert for architecture, integrations, and platform best practices
* Deliver tailored product demos, including code-level customization for complex use cases
* Support RFI/RFP processes and develop winning technical solution strategies
* Build long-term customer relationships and ensure ongoing success with Pimcore
* Identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
* Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and mitigate churn risks early
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to share customer insights
Requirements
🧠What You Bring
* Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or SaaS/PaaS environments
* Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, integrations, and data modeling
* Experience with enterprise platforms such as PIM, DAM, CMS, DXP, or eCommerce systems
* Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
* Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
* Fluent in English and German
* Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5–10%)
