As a Customer Lifecycle UX Designer, you’ll be the creative and strategic force behind this transformation. Your customer centric approach will shape our digital customer management approach, strengthen engagement, and create scalable journeys that resonate with our customers. From uncovering friction points to crafting seamless interactions, your work will drive clarity, usability, and measurable impact across the entire product experience.
Your Key Responsibilities as UX Designer (f/m/d):
UX & Product Design
1. Design intuitive user experiences for B2B software applications and digital products
2. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows
3. Balance usability with business and technical requirements typical of B2B environments
4. Contribute to and apply design systems and UX standards
CMS & CRM Experience
5. Design and optimise experiences within CMS platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
6. Collaborate with CRM teams to improve UX across Salesforce-powered journeys
7. Support lead capture, onboarding, account management, and self-service experiences
8. Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and customer touchpoints
Data-Driven Customer Experience
9. Use customer data, analytics, and behavioural insights to inform design decisions
10. Partner with data and CRM teams to understand funnels, drop-offs, and usage patterns
11. Support experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous UX optimisation
12. Ensure UX solutions align with tracking, reporting, and data requirements
Collaboration & Delivery
13. Work closely with customer experience & retention managers throughout discovery and delivery
14. Translate complex requirements into clear, user-centred design solutions
15. Support implementation with detailed design specs and QA in close collaboration with marketing automation
16. Participate in agile delivery processes

Dein Profil
Experience
23. 3–6 years of UX/UI design experience
24. Proven experience working on B2B software or digital products
25. Hands-on experience designing complex, multi-step workflows
26. Practical experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot
27. Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce in a customer or lifecycle context
Skills
28. Strong UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, user flows
29. Solid visual and UI design capability
30. Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools)
31. Strong understanding of data-informed design and digital analytics
32. Comfortable working with cross-functional B2B product teams
Nice to have
33. Experience designing dashboards, admin tools, or customer portals
34. Familiarity with marketing automation or lifecycle tools
35. Experience in SaaS or subscription-based B2B environments
