We are looking for an international, B2B Sales Manager to strengthen our global Sales team. This role combines strategic business development, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our market presence and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. You understand the needs, business models, and processes of your clients and support them with your expertise in tobacco & nicotine products and flavours in developing successful, market-ready consumer products.
Key Account Management
Provide technical customer support and manage customer projects in collaboration with specialist departments.
Attend international trade fairs and organize business trips.
5+ years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in the flavour, ingredients, or tobacco/nicotine industries.
~ Strong acquisition skills, negotiation expertise, and proven track record in closing sales.
~ Proficiency in MS Office.
~ Fluent in English & German; Exciting tasks in an internationally operating, growing family business with flat hierarchies
