This role suits an exceptional senior B2B sales leader with a successful track record in international, high-performance companies, focusing on people development and possessing a low ego.
The Opportunity:
You’ve likely purchased or used products from Videojet Technologies this week. Our printing and laser marking solutions ensure product authenticity and safety in food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors.
After an onboarding and transition period, the jobholder will lead the commercial teams in Germany, comprising 50 associates (field sales, customer care, post-sales orders, technical sales, etc.). Reporting to the Senior Commercial Director – Central Europe, this hybrid position requires at least 2 days in our Limberg office near Frankfurt and regular travel across Germany.
The Commercial Lead will develop and execute growth strategies, deliver revenue, cost, and profit targets, lead and motivate teams, accelerate solutions sales, improve customer satisfaction, manage working capital, and ensure accurate forecasting.
There is potential to assume additional co-Managing Director responsibilities in Germany over time.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven sales leadership with a track record of devising successful commercial strategies and driving growth in high-performance B2B organizations (P&L experience is a plus).
* Inspirational leader focused on talent development and team engagement.
* Energetic, resilient, analytical, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
* Resides within commuting distance of Limburg and willing to travel across Germany.
* Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
