The role will include
* Project management of cross-border M&A and ECM transactions
* Advising clients during transactions, both in-house and onsite
* Prepare and lead cross-product client pitches (M&A, ECM) in collaboration with product experts globally
* Keep abreast of global industry developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
* Assess business valuations, develop DCF, LBO models
* Coordinate and mentor junior team members
The position requires a confident individual who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with a strong willingness to learn, as well as
Qualifications
* 7-12 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance in an investment bank, corporate finance or consulting firm
* Strong modelling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports using all relevant methodologies
* Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
* Fluent in German and English
