What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily office administration and overall office management
* Implement, maintain, and improve office procedures
* Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contracts and service delivery
* Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and Health & Safety compliance
* Coordinate incoming mail, shipments, and meeting room reservations
* Support visitors and colleagues with professionalism and efficiency
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Generate and analyze reports on office space and equipment utilization
* Manage purchase orders and internal procurement workflows
* Optimize office space utilization and workplace arrangements
* Coordinate office moves, space reconfigurations, and reorganizations
* Conduct regular office inventory checks and resolve discrepancies
* Provide remote support and training to the Real Estate & Facilities team as needed

* Experience working in international environments is a plus
Languages Required:
* English: C1 (Advanced)
* German: C2 (Proficient)
