<ul><li>€90, 000 - €110, 000 + bonus + company car</li><li>Location: Frankfurt, Germany</li><li>Languages: Fluent English & German mandatory</li><li>Office Presence: 4 days on-site</li><li>Managing a team of x2 direct reports </li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive <strong>Team Lead of FM (Facilities Management) Procurement </strong>to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of procurement strategies within the pharmaceutical vertical. This role works closely with the senior procurement stakeholders, site operations, engineering, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain performance, strong supplier partnerships, and effective delivery of commercial value for both the client and the business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the business in implementing procurement strategies aligned with <strong>facilities management</strong> and the client needs.</li><li>Develop and maintain client Procurement Plans in collaboration with operations teams.</li><li>Ensure high compliance with supplier service contracts and company procurement policies.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain continuity of critical operations.</li><li>Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation through strategic sourcing and negotiations</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation compliance</li><li>Provide regular procurement reporting, including KPIs, savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance updates.</li><li>Support annual maintenance planning with suppliers and operational teams.</li><li>Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure responsible procurement practices.</li><li>Assist with audits and support training related to strategic sourcing.</li><li>Represent procurement in client meetings and act as deputy for the Procurement Lead when required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Several years of <strong>facilities management</strong> procurement experience, ideally with an IFM provider or industry client, covering both hard & soft categories</li><li>Hard <strong>facility management</strong> experience is preferred</li><li>Fluent English & German language mandatory</li><li>Strong experience working with global suppliers and developing relationships across the EMEA regions</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain software</li></ul><p></p>
