Due to continued expansion, we require a German speaking Site Administrator for our project outside Cologne, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on the project, providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and wider team.
* Manage, track and record general site correspondence on company databases.
* Carry out administration of labour, plant, materials and returns.
* Assist the Health and Safety team with the recording and administration of health and safety documentation.
* Work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and the wider project team.
Specific Requirements
* 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (previous construction experience is beneficial).
* Fluent in German and English.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload with proven experience of handling multiple tasks.
* Strong IT skills – MS Office packages and database experience.
