Your purpose
Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines and agentic workflows to ensure scalable, reliable deployment and continuous improvement of AI models in production
Tasks you will take on
* Development and optimization of AI models
* Hyperparameter tuning and performance analysis
* Data preparation and feature engineering
* Model evaluation and A/B testing
* Deployment and monitoring of ML pipelines
Your qualifications include
* Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related fields
* Experience in ML/AI projects
* Experience with MLOps and CI/CD
* Programming Skills in Python, R, SQL, Git/MLOps
* Experience in model architectures, training techniques, cloud platforms and machine learning framework
* Knowledge in Distributed Computing preferable
Your skills include
* Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
* Strong communication skills
* High degree of personal responsibility and initiative
* Proven team collaboration and project management abilities
* Good knowledge of German and English (due to the requirements, we cannot consider a German level below B2)
