Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide technical assistance and product recommendations to customers in Europe.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert technical guidance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and other training materials
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Optics, Photonics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
* Fluent German language skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with MS Office
