IT SUPPORT RETAIL (M/F/D) | Full-time
YOUR MENU
* Your daily business includes the procurement, installation and configuration of POS software and hardware. Testing and staging also play an important role for you
* You will also be responsible for managing various systems and applications throughout their entire life cycle and documenting processes and activities
* You will take care of the planning, preparation and implementation of IT projects and IT changes in the retail sector and ensure IT operations in our national workwear stores and international pop-up stores - even on site if you feel like it

YOUR INGREDIENTS
* You have completed an apprenticeship/study in the IT sector or have completed appropriate further training and, thanks to your passion for IT, have up-to-date technical knowledge and practical experience with IT services
* Ideally, you score points with your expertise in POS
* You think in a networked way and have a basic understanding of infrastructures and the interrelationships between hardware and software
* You have very good communication skills, are fit in consulting and interact in a service and customer-oriented manner
* You can work with specified standards in a structured and reliable manner
* You enjoy analyzing complex issues and ensure smooth processes in your daily work and in projects thanks to your solution-oriented way of working and your good time and self-management skills
