The Director of Business Development is responsible for coverage across federal, state, intelligence community, and commercial markets to support Constellis’ services. Under the supervision of the Leadership Team, the Director develops and executes win strategies for pursuits in the Mission Support Services (MSS) business unit, which includes operations, maintenance, logistics, training, and security technology.
This role involves developing capture campaigns with strategies for customer engagement, teaming, solution development, stakeholder engagement, and budget management. The Director supports proposal teams by building and leading pipelines, creating win strategies, reviewing proposals, and supporting other business activities.
Qualifications
* Leads capture and proposal development for international security, training, and mission support opportunities
* Serves as Program Manager for AOPTS with SOCAF, overseeing program management to ensure success
* Moves opportunities through the business development lifecycle
* Prepares customer call plans and builds capture teams
* Develops competitor analyses and identifies teaming partners
* Develops pricing strategies in coordination with the Pricing Manager
* Leads proposal coordination, content development, and review to ensure compliance and persuasiveness
* Coordinates communications and marketing campaigns supporting capture efforts
* Ensures compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
* Active Top-Secret clearance
* NATO Security clearance
* Special Operations Veteran with SOCEUR and/or SOCAF experience
* Business experience and familiarity with CRM systems
* Collaborative team player with high motivation
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluent in German/French
* TS/SCI clearance
* Experience with NATO and Allied Forces
