Description

The launch of Dr Jart+ in 2021 broke the internet and gained the loyal following that has kept growing ever since, with consumers loving high performing Korean skincare paired with a joyful way it's always brought to life. Today we're looking for a candidate who is up for a challenge to help us take Dr Jart+ to new heights. The role is responsible for creating strategies, planning and executing product campaigns across PR, media and events, with a strong focus on digital and influencers.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES ⁃ Work together with Omni Marketing Team on the design and execution of the consumer engagement strategy for the brand including paid, earned and organic media. With the support from Consumer Engagement Team, lead the development and execution of product campaigns including key elements such as defining key influencers for the brand to work with, content creation for digital, press releases, brand collaborations, events and partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES PRESS & INFLUENCERS

* Through strong relationships with the press and influencers, be accountable for delivering the PR strategy for the brand, suggesting story angles and press coverage/partnership opportunities, aiming to always maximise the earned media value.
* Own the relationship with influencers and work with them to deliver unique creative content, merging art and science.
* Write press releases and manage press kits and influencer mailers.
* Oversee planning and execution of press, influencer and consumer events.
* Be responsible for reporting on press coverage and EMV.

DIGITAL MEDIA

* Own the digital media budget and be responsible for the briefing and execution of the brand media campaigns.
* Build the strategy for social channels (mainly IG and Tiktok).
* Oversee the creation of content used in all the brand social channels for paid and organic.
* Track and report on Dr.Jart+ social channels performance.

TRENDS & CULTURE

* Identify upcoming trends in social media, search and consumer behaviour translating those into relevant content for the different digital channels.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

* Manage day⁃to⁃day workload and development of Assistant Consumer Engagement Manager.


Qualifications

* Multiple experience in PR/CE areas
* Must have experience and established network with beauty influencers and beauty press
* Passionate about the beauty business, trends and culture
* Experience in leading digital campaigns and social channels is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Creativity
* Strong influencing skills; communicate clearly with strong impact
* Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to manage complexity and perform effectively in a fast⁃paced environment
