What you'll do
* Streamline the onboarding process of local entities and functions into the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring a smooth transition
* Act as the primary contact for Information Security (IS) topics within the 1st Line organization, collaborating closely with local business management
* Implement and maintain the local ISMS during the transition phase, providing interim ISO expertise and capacities to local entities
* Identify, train, and develop suitable candidates for permanent Information Security Officer (ISO) roles, including determining appropriate training and development programs
* Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans before and after ISMS implementation, ensuring effective change management and governance
Who you are
* Experienced professional with a strong management background in transition and/or change management as well as Information Security roles
* Skilled in transition planning, change management, and governance frameworks, with a sound understanding of business processes and ISMS/ISRM implementation
* Strong communicator and facilitator, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all hierarchy levels and mentoring IS responsible individuals (e.g., ISOs)
* Proficient in training and development methodologies, with expertise in identifying and developing talent for permanent ISO placements
* Analytical and problem-solving expert with a methodological approach, capable of managing complex transitions and driving organizational change effectively
