As an IT Technician, you'll work closely with other teams while also serving as the primary point of contact for support requests and error reports from employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up new user accounts and machines
2. Install and maintain hardware/software components on user PCs
3. Keep operating systems and software updated and patched to maintain user-level security
4. Replace defective hardware or systems when needed
5. Act as the first point of contact for error reporting and end-user support
6. Assist users in operating software and computer equipment
7. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware
8. Collaborate with the network team to manage Telephony systems
9. Maintain IoT devices (, video conferencing systems, printers, etc.)
10. Record and update IT support tickets in the Jira Ticketing System
11. Manage the company’s physical access control system
12. Update and review technical documentation
13. Carry out other tasks as assigned occasionally
Requirements:
14. University degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
15. Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
16. - years of experience in a similar role
17. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems (MacOS knowledge is a plus)
18. Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
19. Good knowledge of Office and Google Workspace applications
20. Basic understanding of computer hardware
