 
        We are recruiting an HSE Training Coordinator to lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental training activities for a major project in Altbach, Baden Württemberg (Germany). The position ensures compliance with the approved HSE training matrix, maintains workforce competence, and oversees the verification and effectiveness of all training conducted. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver HSE orientations, inductions, and specialized training programs in line with the project’s training matrix. Conduct internal HSE awareness and refresher sessions for the project workforce. Implement and manage competency assessment processes to verify employee understanding and capability in assigned tasks. Maintain and update the training matrix and database, ensuring accurate and traceable records of all training. Administer knowledge assessments and verify training effectiveness. Supervise on-site implementation and ensure HSE Inspectors monitor training outcomes and coach personnel as required. Report training performance, attendance, hours, and evaluation outcomes to the Project HSE Manager. Coordinate with the HSE Manager and HR Department for any external training requirements through approved training providers. Must-Have Requirements: Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken). Engineering background with minimum 3 years of HSE experience, preferably in oil and gas or industrial projects. Experience in the delivering of HSE orientations, inductions, and specialized training programs. Valid German work permit. Immediate availability.
