To strengthen our global service businesses within Dellner Bubenzer Braking Systems, we are looking for an experienced, strategically and entrepreneurial Global Service Manager to further develop our global service businesses all over the globe! This is a strategically, newly installed role with responsibility for our international service operations, ensuring high-quality support delivery and driving customer satisfaction across all regions. You are part of the global management team, lead cross-functional teams within the service business to align the service strategies with our business goals, optimizing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs globally. As a key member of our management team, you will shape and lead the global service organisation and ensure a clear distinction between service delivery and new sales activities while maximizing long-term customer value. You are responsible for the service business plan including the pricing strategy for the global service business and to be successful in the role, we see that you have a strong global track record in building and running global service businesses within the industry.
You report directly to the Managing Director for Dellner Bubenzer. Dellner Bubenzer is a global leader in the design and manufacture of braking systems for the material handling, crane & hoist, container handling, mining, marine, industrial, offshore, oil & gas, and wind energy sectors with operations in Benelux, Brazil, China, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Middle East, Malaysia, Sweden, US and Latin America.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:
* Develop and implement global service strategies aligned with the company´s business plan, improving service quality and increasing efficiency.
* Oversee global service operations, including diagnostics, repairs, field maintenance, and parts coordination, ensuring consistency with corporate standards.
* Act as a senior point of escalation, nurturing customer relationships and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee high-level performance.
* You are responsible for driving the continuous improvement within the global service business, identify process improvements, follow up KPI´s for the business and to utilize data analysis and drive the adaption of advanced service tools such as CRM systems.
* You are also responsible for fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring proper skill sets for technical troubleshooting.
* Manage the service department´s budget, profitability, and cost-effectiveness across different global markets and sites.
* Sparring partner of the management for strategic decisions and entrepreneurial development.
About you and qualifications
* Several years of experience in a senior, global commercial service role with a proven track record of building and running successful service businesses globally with international teams and working with different cultures.
* An experienced negotiator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
* In-depth knowledge of service management framework, CRM tools and analytical problem-solving.
* Experience in the optimization and development of global service businesses
* Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical mindset and a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, further languages are an advantage.
* Distinctive leadership style and strong intercultural skills.
* Willingness for occasional business trips to both develop and support the business at our global sites.
* A Bachelor´s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
