Shape Your Future with Purpose, as part of our growing Compliance Advisory practice, we are currently seeking a Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience and strong motivation to develop within a broad compliance scope.
Your mission As Consultant, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues and contribute to various client assignments, including : Supporting the design and review of procedures and compliance frameworks: policies, codes of conduct, compliance monitoring plans, etc.
Participating in compliance gap analyses and risk assessments.
Assisting with regulatory filings, reporting and audit preparations.
Contributing to regulatory watch, client alerts and knowledge materials.
Participating in client meetings and helping prepare tailored deliverables.
Assisting with compliance licensing processes and internal control set-ups.
Supporting business development activities and proposals over time.
Your profile Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Law, Business, Finance or Compliance.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, External and / or Internal Audit, Risk management—ideally within a PSF, Insurance company, Bank, or Consulting firm in Luxembourg.
Experience in an audit firm (Big4 or equivalent) is considered as a strong asset.
Good understanding of Luxembourg Regulatory Obligations (e.g., CSSF, CAA, AED).
Interest in broader compliance topics: Governance, Conflicts of Interest, Outsourcing, MiFID, ESG, GDPR etc.
Proactive, curious and keen to develop multi-sector knowledge.
Strong analytical, communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of the Insurance sector is considered as a strong asset.
Fluent in English and French.
