Legal Counsel - Renewable Energy / Projects
Location: Berlin
Our client is seeking a legal professional for an exclusive mandate with a fast-growing renewable energy start-up with a strong international footprint. Operating at the forefront of the energy transition, the company offers the opportunity to join a growing legal function and play a key role in delivering large-scale, multi-jurisdictional renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC contracts.
* Advising on renewable energy project development and execution.
* Supporting commercial contracts related to energy infrastructure.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and external counsel.
* Exposure to regulatory and project finance interfaces.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified lawyer with good Staatsexamen results.
* 2–6 years of professional experience, gained in a law firm or in-house.
* Background in energy law, project finance, or commercial contracts in renewable energies.
* Commercial, pragmatic mindset and interest in working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
