For our Munich branch, we are seeking an experienced Investment Manager:in, specialized in real estate, particularly in leasing and marketing.
What We Offer:
As an Investment Manager:in, you will independently handle tasks in acquisition, asset management, and project development.
* Manage projects from acquisition through land rights procurement, completion, operation, re-utilization, or sale.
* Oversee due diligence, coordinate external service providers, support contract negotiations, and finalize investments.
* Handle existing and new projects in Southern Germany, focusing on office, commercial, and hotel properties in attractive Munich locations.
* Actively manage the value creation process of existing properties within asset management.
* Collaborate with technical project management to develop business plans for leasing, rebranding, renovation, and exit strategies; ensure accurate project reporting and controlling.
* Serve as the primary contact for tenants, prospective tenants, and external service providers, managing the leasing process from marketing vacancy to negotiating and concluding leases, thereby increasing property value.
* Work with technical experts to develop and implement ESG property strategies to enhance property value sustainably and meet environmental, social, and governance criteria.
What We Expect:
* A successful degree in real estate management, business administration, industrial engineering with a focus on real estate, or a comparable qualification.
* Relevant professional experience in the real estate sector, preferably in office or commercial properties, familiar with the German and European real estate markets and typical contractual forms.
* Strong project management skills, analytical mindset, strategic thinking, goal-oriented approach, and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, suitable for interactions with team members, clients, partners, and service providers.
* Proficiency in data management, calculation, cost control, and presentation tools.
