Deine Aufgaben
* You take responsibility for maintaining, sustaining, and further developing occupational health and safety at both Neuenburg locations.
* You act as the first point of contact and advisor for employees and management on all topics related to workplace safety.
* You promote safety awareness and actively integrate occupational health and safety into daily operations.
* You plan and conduct internal trainings, briefings, and audits.
* You independently implement safety projects to improve workplace safety and prevent accidents on site.
* You support accident investigations and derive and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Deine Fähigkeiten
* Experience in safety management or in a comparable role with interfaces to occupational safety.
* Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist, ideally in a logistics environment.
* Knowledge of health management is a plus.
* Ambition to take on a team leadership role on site in the future.
* Strong analytical thinking and a high willingness to learn.-Very good English skills are required; fluent German and or French are an advantage.
* Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
* Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships.
