As a trusted advisor to both employees and management, you drive safety awareness, lead trainings and audits, and implement impactful initiatives to prevent accidents and improve daily operations. Deine Aufgaben
* You take responsibility for maintaining, sustaining, and further developing occupational health and safety at both Neuenburg locations
* You act as the first point of contact and advisor for employees and management on all topics related to workplace safety
* You promote safety awareness and actively integrate occupational health and safety into daily operations
* You plan and conduct internal trainings, briefings, and audits
* You independently implement safety projects to improve workplace safety and prevent accidents on site
* You support accident investigations and derive and implement appropriate corrective measures
Deine Fähigkeiten
* At least 4 years of experience in safety management or in a comparable role with interfaces to workplace / occupational safety
* Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist in German occupational safety, ideally in a logistics environment
* Ambition to take on a team leadership role on site in the future
* Very good English and German skills are required; French is an advantage
* Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
* Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
