The Department of Modelling and Evaluation is looking for a Project coordinator for an EU project (f/m/d).
Your tasks
1. Liaise with project partners, stakeholders, and the EU Commission to maintain effective communication and collaboration
2. Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely submission of deliverables
3. Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure financial compliance
4. Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and events
5. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution
6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentations, and records
Your profile
7. Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) preferably in the field of geosciences or related fields
8. Relevant professional experience in the specified area
9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
10. You have already experience in coordinating EU projects
11. Contributions to dissemination and PR activities
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse and international team
13. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to travel within the EU as required
15. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset
16. Proficiency in project management tools and software
