Your Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end deployment of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring alignment with global template processes and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Drive change management initiatives to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Act as an on-site advocate for change, addressing concerns and ensuring transparent communication at all levels. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for key users and end-users. Create engaging training materials to support long-term adoption and sustainability. Ensure that all deployment activities adhere to pre-defined global template processes. Work closely with process owners to identify and resolve gaps or deviations. Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment-related updates, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. Effectively communicate the benefits and impact of transformation initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.
