Your mission Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals Manage, coordinate & execute marketing campaigns across various channels Oversee brand management and ensure consistent communication across all marketing materials Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Stay up to date with new marketing tools, technologies, and best practices Your profile Expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, including campaign automation, lead scoring, and analytics. Proficiency with Webflow for content management and optimization. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels & content marketing Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Fluent in English and in German Preferred: work experience at a start-up or in the start-up ecosystem Why us?
