International Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)
(Customer Service Representant)
As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for global order processing and customer service for our international business clients. You will work closely with colleagues from logistics, sales, finance and administration in a highly coordinated team environment.
Your main tasks
1. - Processing of incoming license orders
2. - Packing and shipping of license dongles
3. - Coordination with our logistics partner
4. - Dispatch of information and installation materials
5. - Maintenance and administration of customer and product data in our customer portal
6. - Written and telephone service for customers (orders, licenses, general inquiries)
7. - Administration of material stocks (copy protection dongles, packaging material,
8. - Collaboration with sales, finance and office/secretarial departments
9. - Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Service

16. - Completed vocational training in a commercial field
17. - 2+ years professional experience in a similar role
18. - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

21. - Quick comprehension and high reliability
22. - Excellent team spirit, flexibility, motivation and communication skills
23. - Professional manners and a friendly, positive appearance
24. - Very good written and spoken German (native speaker or C1 level)
25. - Good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
