* Preparation and organization group-wide training initiatives
* Independent assessment of requests related to gifts and hospitality
* Administration of the dormakaba’s Rules & Regulations
* Review of dormakaba’s donations and sponsorship activities
* Creation of quantitative and qualitative data analysis (in MS Excel), e.g., statistical analysis and target‑group‑specific preparation of compliance inquiries
* Preparation of internal and external compliance documentation
* Working on presentations on compliance topics
* Document management
An experience that matters: Your skills
* Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, or Law
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
* Organizational talent and enthusiasm for presenting
* Structured, analytical, and systematic working approach
* Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
