As leading FIT4 training team we are seeking passionate and talented intern driven to make an impact on achieving best quality of training delivery. With the opportunity to get to know the company from an instrumental position you will focus on global steering training tasks such as Key User management and research on Generative AI applicability in training scenarios. Together with our chosen implementation partner you will take responsibility to support the program’s training stream and as such:
1. Gain hands-on experience by actively participating in the implementation of training approaches and initiatives like supporting within Key User Management and training communities
2. Investigate how Generative AI can be effectively integrated into training scenarios to enhance learning experiences
3. Share your findings and insights in team and departmental meetings, receiving constructive feedback that will enrich your learning journey
Your Profile
4. You are currently studying Economics, Business Administration or similar degree with focus on Artifical Intelligence and/or Organizational Development
5. You are passionate about the potential of generative AI and eager to explore its applications in training environments
6. You demonstrate results-oriented mindset paired with analytical and organizational skills
7. You are a team player and enjoy working with different stakeholders
8. You have initial working experience in the field of business transformation
9. You are available for a six-month full-time internship and eager to explore and implement innovative approaches - including Generative AI - to enhance learning and training effectiveness
10. Strong German and English skills (Level B2)
