We are looking for a Partner Manager to join a GAFA.
The Partner Manager will join a Credit Operations team within a leading global organization, focusing on credit payment products delivered in collaboration with external financial partners. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences while balancing day-to-day operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, data-driven, and adept at managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner and Stakeholder Management:
* Coordinate relationships with external financial partners and internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service).
* Address technical or commercial escalations and align business objectives.
* Project and Process Improvement:
* Identify and resolve customer pain points through collaborative projects.
* Propose solutions to optimize processes and develop performance metrics.
* Drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Data-Driven Analysis:
* Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work with technical and non-technical teams to support the launch and evolution of payment products.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in program or project management.
* Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
* Experience in end-to-end project delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
* Fluency in English (required).
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or a related field.
* Experience in process improvement, automation, or standardization.
* Ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
* Additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, or German) are a plus.
