About The Role: We are looking for a Global Sales Director to join the leadership team and drive the international sales strategy. This executive will be instrumental in expanding the market presence, developing and nurturing a high-performance sales organization, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across key territories.
The Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a scalable global sales strategy, aligned with growth objectives.
* Build and lead a high-performing international sales team, including regional managers and channel partners.
* Identify and secure strategic enterprise clients and channel partnerships in target verticals and geographies.
* Define clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and continuously optimize sales processes and tools.
* Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
* Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from pipeline to close.
* Represent the company at international events, conferences, and client meetings.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of international B2B sales leadership in the semiconductor industry.
* Demonstrated success in building and scaling global sales teams.
* Exceptional deal-making and negotiation skills with Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
