Function Description
Your main responsibilities include managing financial administration, particularly at the beginning of the administrative process. The following tasks are part of your responsibilities:
* Processing incoming invoices and monitoring upcoming payment deadlines.
* Preparing payment overviews and accurately booking bank statements.
* Tracking the payment process and coordinating internally when deviations occur.
* Maintaining and updating debtor and creditor master data.
* Handling and answering creditor-related inquiries.
* Managing and maintaining digital and physical archiving.
* Contributing to the optimization and improvement of work processes.
Requirements
* Completed vocational (MBO) education in an administrative field and at least three years of experience in financial administration.
* Enjoys performing recurring daily tasks and derives satisfaction from routine work.
* Highly accurate, detail‑oriented, and responsible with strong numerical insight.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office 365) and familiar with ERP systems (or willing to learn).
* Excellent command of Dutch, with good proficiency in English.
* Strong communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Flexible, reliable, and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
