About the Role and Your Team
As Customer Success Manager, you take ownership of the customer lifecycle for STADLERconnect, our cloud-based platform for sorting and recycling plant optimization (Predictive Maintenance, Blockage Detection, Production Report, Downtime Tracker, AI Material Compass). From pre-sales support through onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support, you ensure customers get maximum value from the platform. You report to the Head of Digital Solutions and help scale our customer success processes.
Your Mission
* Customer Support (~35%): Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues; handle support tickets, manage identity and access management, and route complex issues to our product owners and developers.
* Onboarding & Training (~25%): Lead onboarding for new customers, configure platform instances together with our developers, and deliver training (remote and on-site), tutorials, documentation, FAQs, and release notes.
* Project Coordination (~15%): Coordinate hardware installations and software integrations with internal engineering teams, suppliers, and customers; support commissioning to ensure STADLERconnect is fully operational from day one.
* Feedback & Product Improvement (~15%): Systematically gather customer feedback and represent the customer perspective in roadmap discussions, feature prioritization, and product strategy.
* Sales Support (~10%): Support Marketing and Sales with technical expertise, demonstrate the platform in customer presentations, and maintain CRM data.
Your Profile
* Background: Commercial or technical vocational training, or a bachelor's degree in business, communications, industrial engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
* Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Technical Support, Account Management, Project Management, or Consulting). B2B SaaS experience and understanding of sorting/recycling plants are a plus.
* Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, organized and proactive, solid grasp of SaaS and cloud technologies, and able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences. Experience with Jira or ticketing platforms and basic Python knowledge are a plus.
* Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential. Spanish is a strong plus and will be given preference (key markets in Spain and South America). Italian or French are additional advantages.
* Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites approx. 10–30% (installations, training, relationship building).
