Requirements
* Extensive project management experience, preferably in transformation projects
* Human capital experience, either having worked in human capital/human resources or having managed HR transformation projects
* Strong global communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus
* Diversity and inclusion management skill
* Leadership and project management skills, experience in applying project management tools and methods
