Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company's photovoltaic inverter, energy storage and charging pile product testing, certification and acceptance projects in East China and other business and sales channel development, new energy/charging pile customer communication, market development, contract execution, etc., and undertake the sales task indicators issued by the company. 负责公司华东区域光伏逆变器、储能和充电桩产品检测、认证和验收项目等业务及销售渠道开拓工作,新能源/充电桩客户沟通、市场开拓、合同执行等,承担下达的销售任务指标。

2. Understand market trends, maintain communication with R&D, projects, products and other departments, feedback customer relationships, expand customer groups in the area in charge, find potential customers, and maintain customer relationships. 了解市场动向,与研发、项目、产品等部门保持沟通,反馈客情关系,拓展所负责区域客户群体,寻找潜在客户,维护客户关系.

3. Responsible for business publicity, market research, promotion, analysis and sales in the region, and formulate and implement corresponding marketing plans, and complete the established sales indicators according to the marketing plan. 负责所属区域的业务宣传、市场调研、推广、分析、销售,并制定、执行相应的市场营销方案,并根据市场营销计划,完成既定的销售指标.

4. Customer tracking, demand understanding, plan writing, business negotiation, contract signing. 客户跟踪、需求了解、方案撰写、商务谈判、合同签订.

5. Make your own sales plan and visit customers and develop new customers as scheduled. 制定自己的销售计划,并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户.

6. Collect customer information and build customer profiles. 搜集客户资料,建立客户档案.


Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; Professional electrical, industrial automation, marketing, or related majors preferred. 全日制本科及以上学历;专业电气、工业自动化、营销或相关专业优先.

2. 1-3 years of sales experience in photovoltaic, charging piles, energy storage and other related fields, familiar with new energy manufacturing plants, charging product principles and processes, third-party testing and certification business preferred, English listening, speaking, reading and writing proficiency. 光伏、充电桩、储能等相关领域,1-3年的销售工作经验,熟悉新能源制造厂、充电产品原理及工艺相关流程以及第三方检测、认证业务优先,英语听说读写熟练.

3. Familiar with the dynamics of the new energy industry, the distribution of major customers, the distribution of related industrial chains and relevant testing institutions. 熟悉新能源行业动态、主要大客户分布、相关产业链分布以及相关的检测机构情况.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and public relations skills, as well as good customer service awareness, able to accept business trips, have good pressure bearing ability, self-drive and initiative, and complete project follow-up independently. 具备优秀的人际交往能力、沟通能力和公关能力,以及良好的客户服务意识,能接受出差,具备良好的承压能力、自驱力和主动性,独立完成项目跟进.

5. Responsible for completing other matters assigned by the leader. 负责完成领导交办的其他事宜.
