Your areas of responsibilities:
* Support in New Product-strategy and -portfolio development for product category in line with company strategic and commercial objectives
* Lifecycle-, roadmap-planning and prioritization of product portfolio for strollers
* Monitor commercial success of product portfolio in market and implement interventions
* Support development of consumer segmentation and identify consumer needs for the product category
* Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities
* Act as stroller category owner and coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations and if required further areas of the organization
* Train & guide Marketing, Sales and Global Training team on the overall product category direction
* Present product concepts and product stories to internal and external clients
* Identify and recommend product directions/new opportunities and marketing strategies in order to support sales activation
* Steer and coordinate Marketing campaigns that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the defined consumer groups
* Oversee and steer all activities of the product management department and ensure they are efficiently and effectively executed
Your profile of qualification:
* Successfully completed degree in industrial/product design or other relevant technical discipline
* Proven track record of introduction and/or further development of innovative products in the segment of technical durable goods (B2C)
* Substantial product management background coupled with a strong leadership and management experience
* Strong commercial acumen
* Experience of continuous improvement of internal structures & processes
* Strong analytical skills
* Entrepreneurial personality paired with hands-on and pragmatic approach
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
* Fluent written and oral communication in German and English language
