They are now searching for a strongField Service Engineer /strongto add to their growing team of specialists! /ph4Tasks /h4ullipAct as the technical advisor for customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in system and process engineering. /p /lilipMinimise downtime by implementing preventative maintenance plans, managing spare part inventories and driving upgrade projects. /p /lilipPerform audits and inspections of safety-critical equipment and produce compliant documentation. /p /lilipContribute technical input to service order handling and prepare solution-based quotes. /p /lilipCommission systems at customer sites and ensure they run reliably after handover. /p /lilipRun application training sessions and provide ongoing operational support so customers use systems effectively. /p /lilipServe as the primary technical contact, liaising with internal teams to coordinate and deliver the best customer solution. /p /li /ulh4Profile /h4ullipCompleted vocational training in mechatronics or certification as a state-qualified technician, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field-service role. /p /lilipIdeally experienced with ultra-trace analysis and safe handling of acids/toxic liquids in small quantities. /p /lilipBeneficial: familiarity with PLCs, control electronics, sensors, automation and robotic handling. /p /lilipComfortable with digital tools (service apps, ticketing systems, ERP) as part of daily work. /p /lilipFluent communication skills in German and English. /p /lilipReliable, creative and flexible with a customer-first mindset and a strong practical, hands-on approach. /p /lilipComfortable spending around 50% of working time on-site with customers and presenting professionally in an international environment. /p /li /ul /p
