Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Software Verification Engineer Mission Support Systems (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.
Your responsibilities:

Executing software verification activities integrated into the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software architecture and design, implementation, and software verification and qualification within an agile framework
Define, author and execute test procedures for the verification of software requirements and to ensure software quality by regression and performance testing
Maintain and expand the existing test suite to ensure automated and robust requirements, regression and performance testing
Ensure compliance with DO-278 standards Understanding of tools for project control (Jira, Confluence), requirements management (Jama) and version control (Git) is recommended
Embrace agile methodologies by following processes & identifying improvement opportunities
Your profile:

Completed studies in Computer Science or comparable
Solid understanding of software/system testing activities and requirements traceability
Good background in SW development with focus on Testing
Experience with QF-Test
Knowledge of development processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Strong foundation in object-oriented programming languages (Java ecosystem)
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Good German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
